We cannot say enough about the help and support that Alex gave us during the pregnancy and most especially the birth itself. During the pregnancy she was there to answer every question we had as first time parents and during the birth she not only guided us physically and mentally but calmed and reassured us. And a quick note to fathers to be; while you may think that Alex's services tailored to your wife it is every bit as valuable to you especially if you've never gone through this before. There are a lot of things you simply can't prepare for during a birth and to have someone there in the room with you who's seen it before and can give you the benefit of their knowledge is more important than you can ever imagine. So fathers, if you're undecided about a doula by all means get one and if you want the best use Alex.
